Job Description
Hiring: Customer Support Executive
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with minimum 2 years of experience to handle customer queries and provide excellent support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls and customer queries
• Manage chat process and resolve customer concerns
• Provide timely and accurate solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
• Maintain customer interaction records
• Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of customer support experience
• Good communication skills
• Experience in inbound & chat process
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills
