💼 Position:Customer support Executive

📍 *Job Location: - Sector 18, Phase 4,udyog vihar,Gurgaon

🕒 *Shift: Day Rotaional

📅 *Working Days:* 6 Days Working


  • Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through voice/chat.
  • Resolve customer issues related to orders, payments, cancellations, refunds, and deliveries.
  • Provide accurate information and timely resolutions.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Follow company processes and quality standards.
  • EligibilityGood communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
  • Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Job DetailsSalary: Up to ₹27,000 CTC/month

Shift:day Rotational

Working Days: 6 days working with 1 rotational week off
