Customer Support Executive

We are looking for customer-oriented and enthusiastic professionals for the position of Customer Service Associate (CSA) – Voice Process. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the flexibility to work in a 24×7 rotational shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls as per process requirements.
• Address customer queries and provide accurate information and appropriate resolutions.
• Maintain professional communication and deliver a positive customer experience.
• Understand customer concerns and resolve issues within the defined timelines.
• Follow company policies, standard operating procedures, and quality guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Meet defined customer service, quality, and productivity targets.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduation is mandatory.

• Freshers from non-technical backgrounds may apply.
• B.Tech/B.E. freshers and other technical freshers are not eligible.
• Candidates with a technical educational background and prior customer service/CSA experience may be considered.
• Excellent verbal communication skills are mandatory.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work from the Gurugram Sector 49 office.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including late-night shifts as applicable.
