Job Description

  • Providing Support to the customer in resolving queries and concern.
  • For Captive contact Centre of a premium bank.
  • Handles customer inquiries, provides account information, and assists with various banking transactions over the phone.
  • Cross selling/upselling/promoting the banking product is mandatory.
  • Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Regional language as applicable).
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Ability to handle customer queries over the phone.
  • Problem-solving attitude, and customer-centric approach.
