  • 📌 Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through voice calls and chat support.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
  • Assist customers with their service-related queries.
  • Maintain service quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity standards.
  • Follow company guidelines and escalate complex issues when required.
  • ✅ Eligibility CriteriaGood English communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Interest in customer service and voice/chat support.
  • Versant score of 5–6 preferred.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
  • Must be comfortable working from the office and in rotational shifts.
  • 🕘 Shift & Working DetailsShift Window: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Candidates: Male & Female
  • Working Days: 6 days a week
  • Weekly Off: 1 rotational day
  • Shift Allocation: As per business requirements

Note: The shift window is 8:00 AM–8:00 PM; individual shift timings will depend on business requirements.
