  • Job Profile:Handle customer queries through voice calls and chat support.
  • Assist customers with product information, order updates, and complaints.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain customer records and follow up on pending queries.
  • Candidate Requirements:Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Customer support experience preferred.
  • Candidates residing in Gurugram will be preferred.
  • Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
