  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through calls, chat, or email.

  • Maintain excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
  • Record and update customer interactions in the system.
  • Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and escalation procedures.
  • Achieve defined productivity and quality targets.
  • RequirementsGood communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
