Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager with strong experience in the real estate industry to manage customer relationships, CRM operations, post-sales activities, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day CRM operations and customer relationship activities.

• Lead and manage the CRM team and monitor team performance.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, escalations, and ensure timely resolution.

• Manage post-sales activities including booking, documentation, agreements, payments, and possession coordination.

• Monitor customer follow-ups and ensure timely closure of pending cases.

• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and other internal teams.

• Maintain accurate customer data and ensure regular CRM updates.

• Track customer feedback, satisfaction, and retention.

• Prepare CRM reports, MIS, and performance reports for management.

• Identify process gaps and implement improvements in CRM operations.

• Ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the sales and post-sales journey.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in CRM management.

• Real estate industry experience is mandatory.

• Strong team management and leadership skills.

• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

• Good knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel.

• Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in handling real estate customers and post-sales processes.
