CRM Executive – Customer Database & Follow-up Management

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage our jewellery business’s customer database, call records and sales follow-ups. The candidate will maintain thousands of contacts and ensure that every customer enquiry and next action is clearly recorded.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer records in CRM software or Excel.
• Record every customer call, including what was discussed, products required, quantity, budget and special requirements.
• Schedule the next follow-up date and create reminders for the sales team.
• Track each enquiry from the first conversation through quotation, follow-up and order confirmation.
• Organise thousands of existing contacts, remove duplicates and update missing details.
• Categorise contacts as wholesale buyers, retail customers, international buyers and custom jewellery enquiries.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure follow-ups happen on time.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports covering new enquiries, pending follow-ups, interested customers and confirmed orders.
• Keep customer information accurate, confidential and easy to access.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in CRM, customer coordination, sales support or database management.
• Good knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets and CRM software.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good English and Hindi communication skills.
• Ability to manage large contact databases and multiple follow-up schedules.
• Jewellery industry experience is a plus.
