Job Description

  • Handle incoming customer enquiries and leads through calls, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
  • Contact and follow up with leads regularly.
  • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM software.
  • Explain project details, products/services, pricing, availability and payment plans to customers.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for site visits, meetings and customer requirements.
  • Maintain daily call logs and follow-up records.
  • Track leads and update their status in the CRM.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer communication.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on leads, calls and conversions.
  • Support the sales team in achieving assigned targets.
  • Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
