Job Description

  • Food PreparationPrepare burger ingredients as per SOPs
  • Portion sauces, vegetables, patties, and toppings correctly
  • Follow recipe standards and kitchen instructions
  • Burger AssemblyAssemble burgers accurately during rush hours
  • Maintain consistency in presentation and taste
  • Ensure correct order packing before dispatch
  • Frying & CookingOperate fryer, grill, and kitchen equipment safely
  • Maintain correct cooking times and temperatures
  • Ensure food quality and freshness
  • Kitchen HygieneMaintain cleanliness of workstations and kitchen area
  • Follow daily cleaning checklist
  • Ensure proper storage of ingredients and products
  • Order ManagementCoordinate with kitchen team during rush hours
  • Minimize preparation delays and order errors
  • Support smooth Swiggy/Zomato operations
  • Inventory SupportAssist in stock arrangement and kitchen prep
  • Inform seniors about low stock or wastage issues
  • Help in daily opening and closing tasks
