Collection Executive – Domestic Process (SBI/Bajaj Finserve/NBFC) | DRA Certified

📍 Venue: Plot No. 390-391, Electronic City, Phase IV, Udyog Vihar, Sector 18, Gurugram, Haryana 122015
Positions: 30-35 Openings
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end collections process for SBI, Bajaj Finserve, and NBFC accounts
• Execute outbound calls for payment collection and follow-ups
• Maintain customer relationships through effective support and retention practices
Requirements:
• DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certification mandatory
• Prior experience in collections/recovery for banks or NBFCs preferred
• Graduates and Undergraduates both eligible
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and certification)
Incentives: Performance Based Incentives.
📋 Walk-in with:
• Updated CV/Resume (hard copy)
• Passport-size photograph/ Valid Id Proof
• Original DRA certificate (if available) + photocopy
