Job Description
Responsibilities
- Call potential customers and explain our products/services.
- Maintain a list of leads and follow up regularly.
- Understand customer needs and suggest the right solutions.
- Keep records of calls, feedback, and sales.
- Work with the team to achieve monthly targets.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English
- Confident and polite while speaking on calls
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience in calling or sales (preferred, not required)
- Basic Computer Knowledge
