Job Description
Designation: Business Development & Operations Manager
Company: PARIKSHIT Erector
Offered CTC: ₹20000- 30000 per month + Performance Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Expansion: Client acquisition, empanelment with TowerCos (Indus Towers, etc.), rate negotiation, and acquiring work orders (POs).
- SCM & Client Coordination: Direct liaison with SCM, Procurement, and Circle Heads for smooth workflow and PO allocation.
- Project & Team Handling: Managing field teams, site execution tracking (Erection, Maintenance, Upgrades, Dismantling, Tenancy Sharing), and BOQ management.
- Circle Growth: Expanding company operations into new telecom circles.
