Job Description – Business Development Manager (BDM)

Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Experience: 1–2 Years

Salary: ₹35,000 CTC per month + 2500 petroll

Process: Google Ads

Industry: Fintech / Digital Payments

Location: Delhi NCR, Delhi, Lucknow & Agra, gurugram

Job Responsibilities

* Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, leads, and market visits.

* Handle and convert leads generated through Google Ads.

* Identify potential merchants/business clients and understand their requirements.

* Promote and sell fintech/digital payment solutions, including EDC/POS machines and payment solutions.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

* Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

* Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and post-sales support.

* Maintain regular sales reports and update CRM with lead and customer details.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in:

* Fintech / Digital Payments

* IndiaMART

* Justdial

* Pine Labs

* EDC/POS Machine Sales

* Similar B2B sales or merchant acquisition profiles

Required Skills

* Good communication and negotiation skills

* Strong sales and convincing abilities

* Target-oriented approach

* Good knowledge of B2B/merchant sales

* Ability to handle leads and convert them into customers

* Basic knowledge of CRM and sales reporting
