Business Development Executive

About the Role
SS Overseas is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive to handle business development and client interactions for our education services focused on international students.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students/clients through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and explain suitable education and career services.
- Generate and follow up on leads to drive conversions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Handle queries and provide timely assistance throughout the counselling process.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the counselling and operations teams for smooth client handling.
- Stay updated with relevant education-market trends and services.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a US shift.
- Experience in EdTech, education counselling, inside sales, or international sales is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
