About the RoleWe are looking for an aggressive and result-oriented Real Estate Sales & Leasing Executive to handle residential sales and commercial leasing properties. • Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management: Handle inbound leads from property portals (Magicbricks, 99acres) and social media channels.
• Site Visits: Conduct professional site visits, property showings, and client meetings for residential and commercial spaces.
• Inventory Sourcing: Build and maintain a strong database of local residential and commercial properties (owners, builders, landlords).
• Negotiation & Closing: Guide clients through property selection, price negotiation, and successful deal closing.
• Documentation Support: Assist in agreement drafting, lease deeds, and smooth handover coordination.
• Client Relationship: Maintain long-term relationships with investors, buyers, and tenants for repeat business.
• Requirements & Skills1–3 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales or Commercial Leasing.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Goal-driven attitude with the ability to achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Own conveyance (Two-wheeler preferred) for local site visits.
• Basic knowledge of local micro-market and property documentation.
