Accountant

Hiring: Accountant – Scaffolding HubPosition: Accountant

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience & skills)

Location: Scaffolding Hub

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally
• Manage and update Excel reports and MIS
• Handle customer payment follow-ups and collection tracking
• Record and manage staff attendance
• Prepare invoices, quotations, purchase and sales entries
• Manage vendor payments and account reconciliations
• Maintain GST-related records and other financial documentation
• Assist in inventory and stock record management
• Support business planning, reporting, and administrative operations
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth workflow

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Tally Prime
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel
• Basic understanding of GST, accounting principles, and bookkeeping
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records
• Prior experience of 1–3 years preferred
