Jewellery Sales Executive

Job Description:

• Greet customers and understand their jewellery requirements and preferences.
• Explain different diamond, gold and other jewellery collections, designs, pricing and offers.
• Assist customers in selecting jewellery according to their budget and occasion.
• Demonstrate products professionally and provide a premium customer experience.
• Handle customer queries regarding jewellery quality, certification, making charges and pricing.
• Generate sales and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build good relationships with existing and new customers.
• Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, customized orders and pending purchases.
• Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, sales and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the billing, inventory and management teams for smooth order processing.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is neat and presentable.
• Assist in stock checking and proper handling of jewellery.
• Stay updated about new designs, collections, offers and jewellery trends.
