Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Officer to promote the university's academic programs, generate student admissions, and build strong relationships with schools, colleges, educational consultants, and other relevant institutions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPromote university courses and programs to prospective students and parents.
• Conduct regular visits to schools, colleges, educational institutions, and counselling centres.
• Generate student enquiries and convert them into admissions.
• Build and maintain relationships with educational consultants and institutional partners.
• Conduct and coordinate seminars, presentations, career guidance sessions, and admission drives.
• Explain courses, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and admission procedures to students and parents.
• Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and personal meetings.
• Maintain records of leads, enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
• Achieve monthly admission and business development targets.
• Monitor competitor universities and local education market trends.
• Coordinate with the university's admission and counselling teams for smooth student onboarding.
• Submit regular reports on field visits, leads, conversions, and admissions.
• RequirementsAny Graduate; experience in education sales/admissions/business development is preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship-building and convincing abilities.
• Comfortable with field visits and travelling across Guntur and Tirupati.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
