About the RoleWe are looking for a Collection Executive to manage timely collection of monthly chit subscriptions from customers, maintain accurate collection records and build strong relationships with subscribers.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field work, customer interaction, payment follow-ups and achieving collection targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit assigned customers/subscribers and collect monthly chit payments on time.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending and overdue payments.
• Maintain accurate daily collection records and submit reports to the Branch Manager.
• Update collection details through the company's collection system/app.
• Provide customers with information regarding payment schedules, dues and chit-related queries.
• Maintain professional and positive relationships with subscribers.
• Handle payment-related customer concerns and coordinate with the branch team for resolution.
• Ensure proper documentation and KYC-related requirements wherever applicable.
• Participate in branch activities such as chit auctions and customer meetings when required.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly collection targets.
• Escalate difficult or overdue accounts to the concerned manager.
• Ensure all collections and customer interactions are handled professionally and in accordance with company procedures.

The company's collection application is designed to help field staff track customer/chit status, collections, overdue payments and collection verification, so comfort with mobile applications and accurate data entry is useful. (Google Play)

• RequirementsMinimum 10th / 12th qualification; higher qualification will be an advantage.
• Freshers can apply; prior experience in field collection, sales, finance, microfinance, chit funds or customer service is preferred.
• Good communication skills, particularly Tamil.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Ability to communicate politely but firmly with customers regarding pending payments.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required for field movement. A current company field-sales listing specifically requires a two-wheeler and licence. (Apna)
