Reporting To: Sales Manager / Director
1. Job Purpose
The Telesales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through telephone calls, WhatsApp, email, online platforms and other marketing channels.
The candidate will identify potential exporters/importers, introduce the company’s Air Freight, Sea Freight (LCL/FCL), Customs Clearance and Door-to-Door Logistics services, generate enquiries and coordinate with the pricing and operations teams to convert enquiries into confirmed shipments.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Telesales & Lead Generation
• Make daily outbound calls to potential customers and generate freight enquiries.
• Identify and contact exporters, importers, manufacturers, traders, e-commerce companies and sourcing companies.
• Introduce company services and explain suitable logistics solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and maintain a proper follow-up schedule.
• Follow up regularly on quotations and pending enquiries.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and shipments.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
