Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated, articulate, and results-driven Telecaller with a minimum of 4+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the primary voice of the company, connecting with potential customers, following up on leads, understanding customer requirements, and driving sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on incoming leads.
• Understand customer needs and communicate relevant products or services effectively.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and generate qualified leads.
• Achieve sales targets and performance goals.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
• Handle customer queries professionally and coordinate with the sales team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
• Target-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools will be an advantage.
