Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, generate revenue, and achieve monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and manage the real estate sales team.
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Generate new leads through different marketing channels.
- Ensure regular follow-up with prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings and property presentations.
- Assist the team in closing high-value deals.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare MIS reports.
- Maintain CRM and customer database.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and operations teams.
- Handle customer objections and resolve escalations.
- Ensure timely collection of booking amounts and required documents.
- Monitor competitors and market trends.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
