Role & Responsibility Structure

1. Target Customer Segments (Where to Go)

• Hospitals– Discharge counter, nursing superintendent, OT/ICU staff (they inform patients about caregiver needs at discharge time)
• Medical Equipment Rental Agencies* – They're already in contact with patients who need caregivers (customers renting wheelchairs, oxygen concentrators often need a caregiver too)
• Physiotherapy Centers* – Stroke, post-surgery, and elderly patients are found here
• Pharmacists (local chemist shops)* – Data on chronic/bedridden patients who buy regular medicines comes from here
• Apartments/Societies* – Target elderly-heavy societies, tie up with the RWA (Resident Welfare Association)

2. Relationship Building (Where to Build Relations)

• Hospitals* : Build personal relationships with the discharge planner, floor nurse, and OT in-charge — explain a referral commission or tie-up structure to them
• Rental agency/pharmacist* : Set up a cross-referral partnership — "you send us patients, we'll refer customers to you too
• Physio center* : Build a relationship with the therapist, since they decide whether a patient needs a home caregiver
• Society/RWA* : Meet the secretary/president and organize an awareness session or camp

3. How to Approach Customers Directly

• Cold visit + leave a pamphlet/brochure with clear pricing and contact details
• Trust-building visits – first visit for introduction only, second visit to share a case study/testimonial
