Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to generate leads, engage prospective property buyers, and schedule site visits. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads.
- Handle inbound inquiries related to residential and commercial projects.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers to potential buyers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
- Follow up regularly with prospects to convert leads into bookings.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and maintain strong client relationships.
