Job Description
- Job ResponsibilitiesGenerate and manage potential property buyer leads.
- Understand clients' property requirements and investment preferences.
- Explain residential, industrial and commercial property options.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Arrange site visits and property meetings.
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular communication.
- Negotiate and assist clients throughout the sales process.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain client information and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and real estate.
- Ability to handle clients professionally.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge.
