RETAIL SALES EXECUTIVE – ARTIFICIAL JEWELLERY

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic female Retail Sales Executive to join our artificial jewellery store. You will engage customers, showcase our collection, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for retail sales.

Location: SHOP NO. 16, DHARAM PLAZA, SECTOR 1, BISRAKH ROAD, GREATER NOIDA (WEST), 201306

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift Schedule: 6 Days (with rotational week-off) | Shift Timing: 12 PM to 10 PM

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of retail sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude are considered
• Only Female Candidates Needed (Male candidates need not apply)

Essential Skills:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Sales-driven with the ability to close deals and upsell effectively
• POS system proficiency and basic computer skills
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and engage customers; understand their needs and preferences
• Provide product information and guide customers toward suitable purchases
• Execute upselling and cross-selling to maximize transaction value
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems
• Maintain attractive product displays and store cleanliness
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally
• Assist with inventory management and stock control
• Participate in promotional events and campaigns
