We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive property sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales team ko manage aur guide karna.
- Property sales targets achieve karna.
- New clients/leads generate aur convert karna.
- Clients ke saath meetings aur site visits handle karna.
- Sales performance aur daily activities monitor karna.
- Market trends aur competitor activities par nazar rakhna.
Requirements:
- Real Estate Sales mein minimum 2 years of experience.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales & team management skills.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Local market knowledge will be an advantage.
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 + Incentives (experience ke according)
