Job Description

(CANDIDATE ONLY FROM REAL ESTATE )Experienced Sales Manager with a strong local network and deep market knowledge of Noida, Noida Extention, Greater Noida, and Yamuna Expressway. You will lead a sales team, handle site visits, drive high-value client negotiations, and close real estate deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Mentor and motivate sales executives to hit individual and team targets.
  • End-to-End Sales: Manage the full sales cycle from client site visits to deal finalization.
  • Negotiations: Handle complex client discussions, objections, and pricing agreements.


Requirements

  • Proven real estate sales experience with a strong track record of closing deals.
  • Deep knowledge of the Noida, Greater Noida, and Yamuna Expressway markets.
  • Strong, reliable industry connections and network.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
