Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Contact potential clients via cold calls, referrals, and digital channels to identify buying or selling interest .
  • Property Showings & Site Visits: Organize open houses and accompany prospective buyers or tenants on property tours .
  • Market Analysis: Perform comparative market analyses (CMA) to help set competitive property prices and valuation strategies .
  • Negotiation & Closing: Mediate offers between buyers and sellers, handle contracts, leases, and deeds, and guide clients through the closing process .
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain records and log interactions using CRM software to ensure strong follow-ups and repeat business .



Qualifications & Skills


  • Experience: Previous background in direct sales, customer service, or real estate >.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and persuasion skills.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with local property markets, legal contracts, and financial/mortgage basics .
