Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange property visits and site inspections.
  • Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable properties.
  • Negotiate prices, rental terms, and other transaction details.
  • Maintain good relationships with clients and follow up on leads.
  • Assist with property documentation and coordinate with relevant parties.
  • Achieve sales targets and support business growth.
