Job Overview:Melius 888 Estate is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive/Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing property deals, and maintaining strong client relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, references, online portals, and field visits
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable residential/commercial properties
• Arrange and conduct property site visits
• Follow up with clients and convert inquiries into successful deals
• Negotiate terms between buyers and sellers
• Maintain updated records of clients and property listings
• Coordinate with legal and documentation teams for smooth transaction processing
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)
• 06 Months to 1 year of experience in real estate sales (Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
