Crystal Sign Media is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Executive to manage online sales activities, maintain product listings, and support the smooth operation of e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have good computer knowledge and experience in handling online sales platforms and improving product performance.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings and updates across e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor online orders, sales, and product availability.
• Maintain accurate product information, pricing, and inventory details.
• Support online sales growth through product listing optimization.
• Track sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Handle customer enquiries and coordinate order-related issues.
• Use e-commerce tools and computer systems for daily operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Candidate with at least 2 years of e-commerce experience.
• Good computer skills and understanding of online selling platforms.
• Detail-oriented and organized in handling product and order data.
• Able to work independently and support online sales targets.

Salary & Incentives:

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month, as per skills and experience.
• Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 based on performance.
