Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with prospective clients to identify potential business leads and opportunities.
  • Understand initial client requirements and introduce relevant company products/services.
  • Perform outbound calling campaigns and follow up systematically with potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, call logs, and follow-up schedules.
  • Support the core Business Development team in sales operations and target achievement.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Good spoken English and confident client communication skills.
  • Strong willingness to learn corporate sales and business development strategies.
  • Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
