Job Description – Business Development Executive (BDE)Elit Buildtech Developers Limited is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executives (BDE) to join our growing real estate sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and identify potential customers through calls, references, online platforms, and other sources.
• Handle customer inquiries and explain our real estate projects, pricing, payment plans, and available options.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and management team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Stay updated about ongoing projects, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve targets.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM will be an advantage.
• Candidates with real estate, banking, insurance, telecom, or direct sales experience will be preferred.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on interview performance and experience.

Location: Sector 153, Noida – NPX by Urbtech Mall, near Sector 148 Metro Station.
