Job Description
WE’RE HIRING — BAKER
Location: Greater Noida West
We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a genuine interest in baking, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
- Key Responsibilities - Prepare cakes, pastries, cheesecakes, and premium cold bakery items
- Prepare and work with buttercream frosting, fillings & basic cake decorations
- Maintain consistent taste, quality, presentation & portion standards
- Ensure the baking area, equipment and workstations are kept clean, neat and hygienic
- Follow proper food safety and hygiene practices
- Maintain proper storage and handling of ingredients
- Work efficiently as part of a team and support daily kitchen operations
- Minimize wastage and maintain organized inventory of baking ingredients
- Basic knowledge of baking and bakery products
- Passionate, hardworking and willing to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
