Job Description

Manage and guide the calling/collection team to achieve daily targets.

Monitor team performance, attendance and productivity.

Handle escalations and support team members in customer handling.

Prepare and maintain daily performance/MIS reports.

Ensure proper use of dialer and calling systems.

Coordinate with HR and management for daily operational requirements.

Skills Preference

Good System & Computer Knowledge

Good Communication Skills

Advanced Excel / MIS Knowledge

Experience with Dialer / Calling Software

Team handling and problem-solving skills

Presentable and professional personality

Target-oriented and disciplined

Ability to manage pressure and meet deadlines

Candidate Preference

Candidates with prior ATL / Team Leader / Senior Telecaller / Collection experience preferred.

Must be comfortable working on computers and Excel.

Good command of Hindi and basic English.

Should have a professional attitude and good team-handling ability.
