Account Manager

💼 About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced Export Accountant who can independently handle the complete accounting and financial operations of an export company.

The candidate must have strong practical and hands-on experience specifically in export accounting and should be capable of managing the complete export finance cycle — from export invoicing and shipping documentation to GST refunds, export payments, BRC/e-BRC, banking, reconciliations and final accounts.

Export accounting experience is mandatory. Candidates without strong practical export experience should not apply.

🔥 KEY REQUIREMENT –:

EXPORT ACCOUNTING Expertise The candidate must be specialized in Export Accounting and capable of independently handling:

• Complete Export Accounting in Tally Prime.
• Export Sales Invoices and Export Purchase/Expense Accounting.
• Export Shipping Bills and export documentation.
• Export-related GST accounting and compliance.
• GST Refund preparation and filing for exports.
• LUT-related export compliance and documentation.
• Export payment realization and outstanding tracking.
• BRC / e-BRC preparation, follow-up and reconciliation.
• Foreign currency transactions and exchange-rate accounting.
• Export bank transactions and reconciliation.
• Export freight, CHA charges, duties, shipping expenses and other export costs.
• Coordination with banks, CA, auditors, CHA and export-related authorities.
• DGFT and ICEGATE related accounting/documentation.
• Complete reconciliation of Export Invoices → Shipping Bills → Bank Realization → BRC/e-BRC.

• 🔑 CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• 📦 Export Accounting Independently manage all export accounting transactions.
• Maintain export sales, expenses, freight, CHA charges and other export-related entries in Tally Prime.
• Maintain accurate export ledgers and customer accounts.
• Track export receivables and payment realization.
• Handle foreign currency invoices and exchange-rate differences.
• Reconcile export invoices with bank receipts and accounting records.
• 🧾 GST – Export Compliance Prepare and file GST Returns.
• Prepare and file GST Refunds specifically for export transactions.
• Handle export GST reconciliations.
• Maintain LUT documentation and export-related GST records.
• Ensure correct accounting and reporting of zero-rated export supplies.
• Resolve GST- related discrepancies and coordinate with CA/tax consultants where required.
• 💰 TDS & Tax Compliance Prepare TDS Challans.
• Ensure timely TDS payments.
• Prepare and file TDS Returns.
• Maintain TDS reconciliation and supporting documents.
• Handle applicable Income Tax and statutory accounting requirements.
• 🏦 Export Banking & BRC/e-BRC Coordinate with banks regarding export payments and realization.
• Track pending export payments.
• Handle BRC / e-BRC.
• Reconcile export invoices with bank realization.
• Maintain complete export banking records.
• Handle foreign currency receipts and related accounting entries.
• 🌐 DGFT & ICE GATE Must have practical working knowledge of DGFT.
• Must have practical knowledge of ICE GATE.
• Handle/coordinate export-related documentation and compliance.
• Coordinate with CHA and other export agencies whenever required.

👤 IDEAL CANDIDATE We are looking for an Export Accountant who can take complete ownership of the company's export accounts.

The candidate should be able to independently manage the entire process:

EXPORT INVOICE → SHIPPING BILL → GST → GST REFUND → BANK REALIZATION → BRC/e-BRC → RECONCILIATION → FINAL ACCOUNTS

The person must have real practical experience in export accounting, not merely theoretical knowledge.

Candidates who have only general accounting experience but do not have strong hands-on experience in export accounting, GST export refunds, BRC/e-BRC and export banking should not apply.
