Job Description

Labour Management: Supervise warehouse helpers, loading/unloading, and stock stacking (FIFO).

Stock & Dispatch: Coordinate order fulfillment and verify physical items against invoices.

Transport: Manage local/outstation dispatch schedules and freight coordination.

Billing: Generate accurate tax invoices and ensure no stock leaves without a verified bill/gate pass.

Bookkeeping: Maintain daily cash books, ledgers, and payment reconciliations.


लेबर मैनेजमेंट (Labour Management): गोदाम के सहायकों (हेल्पर्स) की देखरेख करना, लोडिंग/अनलोडिंग और स्टॉक को सही तरीके से लगाने (FIFO - पहले आने वाले माल को पहले भेजने) का प्रबंधन करना।

स्टॉक और डिस्पैच (Stock & Dispatch): ऑर्डर पूरा करने (ऑर्डर फुलफिलमेंट) की प्रक्रिया का समन्वय करना और इनवॉइस के मुकाबले भौतिक सामान (फिजिकल स्टॉक) का मिलान करना।

परिवहन (Transport): स्थानीय और आउटस्टेशन डिस्पैच शेड्यूल का प्रबंधन करना और माल भाड़े (फ्रेट) का समन्वय करना।

बिलिंग (Billing): सटीक टैक्स इनवॉइस (बिल) बनाना और यह सुनिश्चित करना कि बिना सत्यापित बिल या गेट पास के कोई भी स्टॉक गोदाम से बाहर न जाए।

बही-खाता (Bookkeeping): दैनिक नकदी बही (कैश बुक), लेजर और भुगतान मिलान (पेमेंट रीकंसीलििएशन) का रखरखाव करना।
