Job Description
Job PurposeThe Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the telesales team, generating and converting franchise leads, conducting franchise meetings, and achieving franchise sales targets. The manager will oversee the complete sales process from lead generation to franchise closure and payment coordination.
- Key Responsibilities1. Telesales Team ManagementManage and supervise the franchise telesales team.
- Allocate leads to telecallers and ensure timely follow-up.
- Monitor daily calling, follow-ups, and lead conversion.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the telesales team.
- Review telecaller performance and provide regular feedback.
- Train team members on franchise pitch, objection handling, and follow-up techniques.
- Monitor CRM/lead sheet and ensure proper lead-status updates.
- Identify weak-performing leads/team members and take corrective action.
