Job Description
We are looking for confident, energetic, and motivated Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, communicating with customers, explaining product or service details.
Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls and handle inbound customer calls.
- Communicate with customers professionally in Hindi and basic English.
- Explain product or service details and resolve customer queries.
- Follow the calling script and achieve daily calling targets.
- Update call status, customer feedback, and dispositions in the CRM.
- Maintain call quality and follow company guidelines.
- Coordinate with team leaders to improve performance and conversions.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain accurate records.
