• Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
• Explain company products and services to customers.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
• Update customer information and call records accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams when required.
• Maintain positive customer relationships.
• Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets assigned by the company.
