✅ ELIGIBILITY

👨‍💼 Overall 3+ Years of Experience in BPO / Customer Support / Inbound Operations

⭐ Minimum 1+ Year of Team Leader / Team Handling Experience

📞 Inbound Voice Process Experience Mandatory

🎓 Bachelor's Degree – Non-Technical Background Preferred

🗣️ Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills

📊 Strong knowledge of MS Excel & MIS Reporting

💻 Basic CRM / Ticketing Tool Handling Experience

👥 Proven experience in Team Handling & Performance Management

📈 Strong understanding of KPIs, SLA, Productivity & Quality

🤝 Good Coordination & Stakeholder Management Skills

⚡ Strong Problem-Solving & Escalation Handling Skills

⏳ Immediate Joiners to 15 Days Notice Period Preferred

💼 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

✔ Manage and supervise day-to-day activities of the inbound support team

✔ Monitor team performance, productivity, quality & service levels

✔ Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution

✔ Conduct team huddles, coaching and performance feedback sessions

✔ Prepare and maintain MIS reports using MS Excel

✔ Track KPIs, attendance, productivity, AHT, SLA & quality metrics

✔ Monitor inbound call handling and process adherence

✔ Support team members in resolving complex customer queries

✔ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

✔ Ensure compliance with process guidelines and quality standards

✔ Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and management
