• Preparing job descriptions and posting job ads on different social media platforms and job sites, and organizing resumes and job applications
• Good Knowledge on job portals – Naukri.com, Shine.com, LinkedIn, Times job etc and sourcing CVs
• Scheduling job interviews, and assisting in the interview process
• Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
• Onboarding & Exit Process
• Training Coordination
• Good knowledge of MIS / Reports
• Good communications skills
• Strong zeal to make a career in staffing industry
• Self-confidence and self-starter
• Ability to learn and know the new technologies in the market.
• Should be able to maintain Foster long-term relationships with candidates through reviews & follow ups.
• Should be responsible for Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating the candidates.
• To deliver on the target number closures.
