Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage complete day-to-day store operations.
  • Achieve monthly and daily sales targets.
  • Manage and motivate Sales Associates.
  • Track sales, conversion, ATV, UPT and staff productivity.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations.
  • Manage stock availability, replenishment and inventory accuracy.
  • Control stock shortage, damage and shrinkage.
  • Maintain proper visual merchandising and store hygiene.
  • Manage staff attendance, shifts, weekly offs and grooming.
  • Ensure billing, cash handling and store closing are completed correctly.
  • Share daily sales and store performance reports with management.


Requirement

  • Experience in Baby/Kids, Apparel, Lifestyle or Retail preferred.
  • Good communication and team-handling skills.
  • Target-oriented and customer-focused.
  • Comfortable with rotational weekly offs and retail working hours.
