Senior Telesales

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Senior Telesales Executive to handle customer calls, generate leads, explain our products, and convert prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Explain company products, services, pricing, and benefits to customers.
• Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
• Follow up with prospective customers regularly.
• Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with the field sales and other internal teams for further processing.
• Maintain a strong relationship with customers throughout the sales process.
• Handle customer objections professionally and resolve basic queries.
• Provide daily/weekly sales and calling reports to the reporting manager.
