Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, and institutional clients.
* Identify new HoReCa customers and generate sales through field visits and cold calling.
* Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
* Visit existing customers regularly and understand their product requirements.
* Present products, negotiate prices, and close orders.
* Coordinate with the dispatch, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth order fulfillment and payments.
* Follow up on outstanding payments from customers.
* Monitor competitor pricing, products, and market activities.
* Maintain daily sales reports and update customer information.
* Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Required Skills:
* 6 months+ experience in sales/field sales/HoReCa/FMCG preferred.
* Good communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to acquire new customers.
* Comfortable with field visits and meeting clients.
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM is an advantage.
* Target-oriented and willing to travel locally.
