Job Summary

Hotel Tushar Elegant is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in restaurant or hotel operations, strong team-management skills, and a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
• Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff.
• Ensure high standards of guest service, food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and shift allocation.
• Monitor restaurant sales, billing, cash handling, and daily reports.
• Control food and beverage inventory and minimize wastage.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other hotel departments for efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, food-safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Monitor restaurant presentation, ambience, and service standards.
• Support management in achieving sales and revenue targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, or similar role in a hotel/restaurant.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations and guest-service standards.
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Good knowledge of inventory, billing, and basic cost control.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
