• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle and follow up with leads through calls and meetings.
• Convert leads into site visits and bookings.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.
• Achieve monthly sales, booking, lead calling, closure and revenue targets.
• Work towards revenue justification against monthly remuneration.
• Coordinate with clients and internal management for smooth closures.
• Maintain proper sales and client records.

• SupportOne month of initial support will be provided to the employee.
• Performance will be evaluated monthly based on assigned targets and revenue generated.
• Requirements2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales is preferred/required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of the Noida / Greater Noida real estate market.
• Target-oriented and proactive approach.
• Ability to handle clients and close deals independently.
